Air Ocean Cargo (FAOC) is a cargo carrier
serving the Bahamas and Cuba on a scheduled basis. It
has a solid corporate customer base and business
reputation in the Florida market, has been in
business 10 years and profitable for the past 4
years, has FAA-licenses to ship air cargo (up to
7,500 pounds) to the Caribbean, business
relationships to ship cargo by ocean container if
requested, little debt, a very favorable regulatory
history, trained pilots, licensed maintenance crews,
experienced warehouse personnel, and excellent
office-support staff. The company has a warehouse –
hangar facility located at Ft. Lauderdale Intl.
Airport, and today has a significant portion (over
50%) of the bulk air-cargo business delivered daily
to Nassau from the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area.
